Excuses, excuses

Wow, where did all the time go? :o

One moment I'm heading for a short vacation and the next moment it is already Jan 24th.  I feel like every day is passing by in an instant.

I guess that I can't really give any excuse.  Truthfully, I probably had time to review old shows or movies that I watched.  However, being that I am in the midst of a job hunt, I really haven't even thought of this blog in a month.  In fact, I haven't even watched any shows since the 5th.  I know, my followers are probably all completely shocked, aren't you?

Although I'll try to start reviewing again in March, I might not be able to even watch anything until then.  It may sound like an excuse, but I really am busy.  I can't believe I have to grow up  XD

Anyway, I hope you do well this year.
xoxo

REVIEW:
Beautiful.

As some of you may know, I've had a short novel in the back of my mind for a while now, and I've been trying to decide the basic outline for the story.  That being said, I've been watching various shows that deal with cancer patients and what they go through so that I can get some more ideas on what works and what doesn't work in the stories that are similar in nature to my upcoming literature.  However, after watching this, I'm starting to wonder if my story is worth writing.  I swear that the writer of this story read my mind.  Although the story is different, this is exactly the kind of situation I was going for.  (I guess I need to think more about my story before I go through with it.)

Simple, beautiful, and entrancing, this drama really made me want to watch more.  Although I don't usually watch pure romance dramas, I enjoyed this very much.

REVIEW:
As some may know, I helped in the subtitling process for this show on Viki.  As such, I have to wonder whether or not the influenced my view on the drama.  That being said, I don't think I can properly review it.  Although it's probably worth watching again, I've seen it too many times because I was working on it. XD

Although I went fangirl for this drama, since there are some smexy actors in this one, I cannot say that the production was spotless.  Let's be honest here, the blood stains look like coolaid.  Do they not know that blood stains turn brownish after a little while?  (Sorry if I assumed wrong here, but I think the person who applied the fake blood was a man.  Most women know what blood looks like.)

On a final note, I think there was an issue with Episode 13.  Notice the sword is bloody before going into the person's body (even though it hadn't slashed anyone prior to its use), but it is clean when it's coming out of the body.  Isn't that a bit backwards?  If I'm wrong, please correct me, but it looks like the person who did the blood should have been fired.
